The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

All meetings will be held at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. Several different sleeping room types are available for your consideration:

Traditional Mountain Views – Double Beds – Sleeps 4
400 sq ft room, 2 Queen Heavenly Beds, with available views of Eagle River and Game Creek Bowl, Beaver Creek Mountain or Bachelor Gulch Mountain.

Deluxe Standard View (Studio Suite) – King – Sleeps 4
Over 450 sq ft with King size Heavenly bed and full-size sofa bed, kitchenette, views of Avon.

Deluxe Mountain View (Studio Suite) – King – Sleeps 4
Over 450 sq ft with King size Heavenly bed and full-size sofa bed, Kitchenette, views of Avon.

1 Bedroom Suite Mountain Views – Sleeps 4
Special Note: Resort Fee is $20 per day and includes wireless Internet access, 24 hour access to the Riverfront Club (fitness center, locker rooms, pool and hot tubs) and bottled water in the room each day.
Over 800 sq ft with King size Heavenly bed and full-size sofa bed in separate living room. Separate living area including: gas fire place, washer/dryer, full kitchen with dining room table, with available views of Eagle River and Game Creek Bowl, Beaver Creek Mountain or Bachelor Gulch Mountain.

All reservations must be received by Friday, December 18, 2009.

Important! When booking your reservation through the Westin link above, please note the resort cancellation clause. Ski resorts have VERY strict cancellation policies and often deposits made are non-refundable within a certain window of the meeting dates.

Remember to book early! Rooms will be sold-out over the meeting dates. Peak Performance cannot guarantee rooms after December 18, 2009.

Getting You There

Two nearby airports simplify your travel plans: Vail/Eagle County Airport is just 20 minutes west on I-70 highway. Denver International Airport, 120 minutes east, offers non-stop flights from major national and international locations.

General directions to the resort:


               Take CO-131 South to I-70 East.
               Take I-70 East to the Avon exit (#167).
               Enter the roundabout and continue left under I-70.
               Proceed straight through three roundabouts and the hotel will be on your right.

From Denver International Airport

               Take I-70 West to the Avon exit (#167).
               Enter the roundabout and continue left under I-70.
               Proceed straight through three roundabouts and the hotel will be on your right.

From Eagle Airport

               Take I-70 East to the Avon exit (#167).
               Enter the roundabout and continue left under I-70.
               Proceed straight through three roundabouts and the hotel will be on your right.

From South

               Take US-24 North to I-70 West.
               Take I-70 West to the Avon exit (#167).
               Enter the roundabout and continue left under I-70.
               Proceed straight through three roundabouts and the hotel will be on your right.
